COVID Grief Network (CGN) offers free short-term grief support for people in their 20s and 30s grieving the loss of someone close due to COVID-19.

COVID Grief Network (CGN) offers free short-term grief support for people in their 20s and 30s grieving the loss of someone close due to COVID-19. CGN’s volunteer-led support groups run for eight weeks and meet virtually every week on Zoom for an hour and a half. Group facilitators are grief professionals of all kinds — therapists, social workers, spiritual directors, and chaplains — who are skilled at working with young people experiencing serious loss. In addition to grief groups, CGN builds long-term connections through community events, peer-to-peer connection, and an online Facebook group to connect with other young adults experiencing pandemic grief. All offerings are free. Visit https://www.covidgriefnetwork.org to request support and learn more. Questions? Contact covidgrieftnetwork@gmail.com.
